SharePoint Tab

Clicking on the Sharepoint tab takes you to your SharePoint dashboard, containing the following items:

✅ The list of SharePoint sites you own and manage

✅ Large files included in each SharePoint library

✅ Storage spaces for each site and their last access

You can also click on the arrow to choose which shared resource to access directly.

If you are the owner of many Sharepoint sites*, you might have this view by clicking on the Sharepoint Tab :

This is an optimized view :
You just have to click on one of your sites to access the complete vision of storage and files versions and size on the site (see next tab).

*The minimum number of Sharepoint sites to see this view is configured by your company.

Managing your Sharepoint sites is similar to managing your Teams :

All the functionalities on your SharePoint Spaces are similar to Teams or OneDrive:

✅ Modify management
✅ Delete files or versions
✅ Site deletion.
