Clicking on the Sharepoint tab takes you to your SharePoint dashboard, containing the following items:

☑ The list of SharePoint sites you own and manage

☑ Site access rights

☑ Permissions on shared files

☑ Accesses to these files*

You can also click on the arrow to choose which shared resource to access directly.

If you are the owner of many Sharepoint sites*, you might have this view by clicking on the Sharepoint Tab :

This is an optimized view :
You just have to click on one of your sites to access the complete vision of permissions, attention points and accesses on the site (see next tab).

*The minimum number of Sharepoint sites to see this view is configured by your company.

Managing your Sharepoint sites is similar to managing your Teams :

  1. General information: public / private group, and number of owners.
  2. Members and roles. If you are the manager of this site (see next tab), you can change members roles and delete their rights.
  3. Permissions given to documents. If you are the manager (see next tab), you can remove any permission.
  4. List of users who accessed the SharePoint library during the last 21 days.*
  5. If you have a lot of SharePoint sites, you can use this arrow to go back to the top of the dashboard quickly.

When you are owner of a SharePoint library, you can either be its manager, or not.

When you are manager, you are responsible for all the rights and permissions given in the library.
